Your confirmed price follows receipt of your address, photographs, and a brief description of the work required — extra storeys, higher-than-average access or specialist equipment may affect the final price. A £60 minimum call-out applies to all work booked, rising to £85 for Dover, Folkestone and Deal to reflect the additional distance.

What a clean can and cannot bring back, and why we will not jet wash your roofline.

How much does fascia and soffit cleaning cost?

£170–£220 for two sides of a typical two-storey house, rising to around £340 for four sides. A window clean is included on every plastics clean, with no conditions attached.

Will cleaning damage my uPVC or render?

Not the way we do it. We soft wash rather than jet wash, which lifts algae and weathering without forcing water behind boards or stripping the surface off render. High-pressure jetting is quicker and it is exactly how people end up needing a replacement sooner than they should.

Can cleaning bring back badly discoloured uPVC?

Usually a long way, yes. Green and black weathering comes off almost entirely. What will not come back is uPVC that has genuinely gone chalky and oxidised through age — at that point a clean is putting off the inevitable and a replacement is the honest answer, which we will tell you.

Do you clean the render and walls too?

Yes. Rendered walls, painted masonry and cladding all soft wash well, and doing them at the same visit as the roofline usually works out cheaper than two separate trips.

How often should this be done?

Every two to three years suits most properties. Coastal frontages and anything shaded by trees will want it more often, because salt and shade both accelerate the green growth.

Is the window clean really included?

Yes, on every plastics clean, and there is no catch in it. The glass gets covered in run-off while we work, so cleaning it afterwards is simply finishing the job properly.
